Axon agrees to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal Justice Information Services Security Addendum.
Contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements, restrictions, and conditions set forth in the Criminal Justice Information Services (“CJIS”) – Security Policy, Version 5.3, dated 8/4/2014, including, but not limited to, conducting FBI fingerprint background checks on all of Contractor’s agents, employees, and subcontractors that have or will have access to Criminal Justice Information (“CJI”).
If the background investigation on any newly hired employee reveals any record of arrest or conviction, the Court will address the matter in accordance with established Court policy and Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) requirements.

However, at all times, Axon will comply with its obligations pursuant to the Axon Cloud Services Terms of Use Appendix to maintain a comprehensive data security program (including compliance with the CJIS Security Policy for Criminal Justice Information), privacy program, and data governance policy, including high industry standards of de-identifying Personal Data, to enforce its security and privacy obligations for the ACEIP.
