Crib Break definition

  • Paid Day Off The 30 minute Crib Break period is to be recorded in a Paid Day Off (PDO) time bank for the sole purpose of the employee taking a PDO at a time to be agreed between the employer and employee.

  • Bed and breakfast establishment means any establishment (i) having no more than 15 bedrooms;

  • Data Breaches Party shall report to AHS, though its Chief Information Officer (CIO), any impermissible use or disclosure that compromises the security, confidentiality or privacy of any form of protected personal information identified above within 24 hours of the discovery of the breach.   • Chronic delinquency" shall mean failure by Tenant to pay Basic Rent, or any other payments required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease within three (3) days after written notice thereof for any three (3) occasions (consecutive or non-consecutive) during any twelve (12) month period. In the event of a chronic delinquency, Landlord shall have the right, at Landlord's option, to require that Basic Rent be paid by Tenant quarterly, in advance.

  • Serious Breach means any breach defined as a Serious Breach in the Agreement or any breach or breaches which adversely, materially or substantially affect the performance or delivery of the Services or compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement or the provision of a safe, healthy and supportive learning environment or a breach of security that adversely affects the Personal Data or privacy of an individual. Failure to comply with Law, or actions or omissions by the Provider that endanger the Health or Safety of Learners, Provider Personnel, and all other persons including members of the public would constitute a Serious Breach;

  • Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.

An employer is not in employer default if it has entered into a repayment agreement with the Insurance Commissioner and remains in compliance with the obligations under the repayment agreement.

  • Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.

  • Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period, rounded to the nearest minute that the link state of Customer’s Port is ‘down’ due to:

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Simplified and/or aggregate billing arrangement means a billing arrangement providing additional medical gap benefits.
