Credited Future Service definition

Credited Future Service means the aggregate of a Former Nabisco Salaried Member’s credited service accrued under the Kraft Nabisco Salaried Plan on and after January 1, 2003 and prior to September 29, 2012, Continuous Service accrued under the Nabisco Salaried Plan on and after September 29, 2012 and prior to December 31, 2013 and Credited Service under the Plan on and after December 31, 2013.
Credited Future Service means one (1) year for each 1680 Hours Worked in a Plan Year, proportionately adjusted for more or less than 1680 Hours Worked in a Plan Year, and shall include such deemed Hours Worked as prescribed under the provisions of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, such deemed Hours Worked to be in respect of deemed compensation as prescribed under Section 8507 of the Regulations to the Income Tax Act.
Credited Future Service means the period of service of a Participant for which Employer contributes contributions are required to be made to the Trust on behalf of the Participant on or after the Participant’s Effective Date of Coverage, excluding:

Examples of Credited Future Service in a sentence

  • F2.02 Credited Prior Service -- Each Towboat Employee shall be credited with the Credited Past Service and the Credited Future Service earned under the Towboat Operators Plan as of November 30, 2000.

  • F1.02 Credited Service means the sum of Credited Past Service and Credited Future Service as described in Section II of this Appendix F.

More Definitions of Credited Future Service

Credited Future Service or "Future Service" shall mean
Credited Future Service means the number of years (including months as fractions thereof) of:
Credited Future Service means the Credited Service of a Member on or after the Purchase Date and prior to 1991.
Credited Future Service means the number of years (including months as fractions thereof) of Continuous Service subsequent to the Effective Date during which the Member makes Required Contributions under the Plan.
Credited Future Service means the sum of (i) the period of Continuous Service earned on or after January 1, 1983 through December 31, 1983, plus (ii) the period of Continuous Service earned on or after January 1, 1984. For this purpose, a Participant shall receive a full month’s Credited Future Service for any month he made the Required Employee Contributions.
Credited Future Service means the period of Continuous Service earned on or after January 1, 1980 during which a Participant made the Required Employee Contributions to the Plan. For this purpose, a Participant shall receive a full month’s Credited Future Service for any month he made the Required Employee Contributions.
Credited Future Service means the aggregate of a Member’s Credited Service accrued under the Kraft Plan on and after January 1, 2003 and prior to September 29, 2012 and Continuous Service accrued under the Plan on and after September 29, 2012.
