Credit Status any of Credit Status 1, Credit Status 2, Credit Status 3, Credit Status 4 or Credit Status 5. Credit Status has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of "Applicable Rate"; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, once the Borrower achieves a Credit Status, such Credit Status shall apply to the Borrower for the term of this Agreement, regardless of any corporate credit ratings received by the Borrower after receipt of the Initial Corporate Credit Ratings.
