Credit Observation Period definition

Credit Observation Period means the period from and including the Credit Event Backstop Date to and including the Extension Date.
Credit Observation Period means the period from and including the Issue Date to but excluding the Scheduled Maturity Date, or (if applicable) the Early Redemption Date.
Credit Observation Period means the period from and including the Trade Date to and including the Scheduled Credit Observation End Date.

Examples of Credit Observation Period in a sentence

  • Notice Delivery Period Extension Event: means that the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion determines that (a) a Credit Event has occurred or may have occurred during the Credit Observation Period and (b) an Event Determination Date has not occurred in respect of such Credit Event.

Credit Observation Period means the period from, and including, the Credit Protection Start Date to, but excluding, the Extension Date.
