Credit Monitoring Services definition

Credit Monitoring Services means one (1) year of three-bureau credit monitoring services provided by Experian (or other comparable provider) to Participating Settlement Class Members under the Settlement. These services include daily three-bureau credit monitoring with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion; identity restoration services; and $1 million in identity theft insurance, among other features.
Credit Monitoring Services means twelve (12) months of "credit monitoring services" provided to each "impacted individual", but only if such individual actually enrolls for and redeems such services. This endorsement does not cover any expenses related to or arising out of "credit monitoring services" where an "impacted individual" has not enrolled for and redeemed such services. "Credit monitoring services" notify an affected individual by e-mail when there is any change or suspicious activity on a credit record on file with a credit reporting agency.
Credit Monitoring Services means the Credit Monitoring Services described in Paragraph 52(d), which include two (2) years of one-bureau credit monitoring and $1 million in identity theft insurance, among other features.

Examples of Credit Monitoring Services in a sentence

  • After the Effective Date, and after final determinations have been made with respect to all claims submitted during the Claims Period pursuant to the Claims Review Process, the Settlement Administrator shall provide the Parties an accounting of all Approved Claims for Extraordinary Loss, Out-of-Pocket Loss, Lost Time, Credit Monitoring Services, and Cash Compensation.

  • Settlement Class Members can submit a claim to enroll in two (2) years of Credit Monitoring Services, which shall include credit monitoring through one of the national credit monitoring bureaus and insurance of at least $1 million.

  • Check this box if you wish to enroll in Credit Monitoring Services for 2 years, which includes credit monitoring through all one national credit reporting bureau with at least $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance.

  • Check this box if you wish to receive a payment of $50, in lieu of making a claim for Extraordinary Losses, Out-of-Pocket Losses, Lost Time, or Credit Monitoring Services.

  • In lieu of making a claim for Extraordinary Losses, Out-of-Pocket Losses, Lost Time, or Credit Monitoring Services, Settlement Class Members can instead submit a Claim for Cash compensation initially set at $50.00, which is subject to pro rata increase or decrease based on the number of Claims received.


More Definitions of Credit Monitoring Services

Credit Monitoring Services means services for monitoring credit, including related remediation services or identity restoration services, provided by a Designated Vendor to any individual who is, or is reasonably believed to be, a victim of an Information Loss. Credit Monitoring Services does not include any services for:
Credit Monitoring Services means the services described in Section 7.1.
Credit Monitoring Services means triple- bureau credit monitoring provided to each Affected Person who enrols for such services.
