Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services definition

Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services means the services to be provided to Settlement Class Members by Identity Guard, as further set forth in ¶ 4.6 of this Agreement.
Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services and “CMIS” mean the services to be provided to Class Members who are entitled to and who select such services on their Claim Form, and as further described in Section 3.2(a), below.
Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services means the services to be 2 provided to Participating Settlement Class Members who are entitled to and so select such services 3 on their Claim Form, and as further described in Paragraph 71.a, herein.

Examples of Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services in a sentence

  • Class Members who have been identified from Premera’s records and who submit by the Claims Deadline a valid Claim Form approved by the Settlement Administrator may qualify to receive Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services, cash payments for Out-of-Pocket Losses or the Default Settlement Payment, and a California Payment.

  • Any such Class Member who does not submit a timely Claim Form in accordance with this Opinion and Order shall not be entitled to receive Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services, cash payments for Out-of-Pocket Losses or the Default Settlement Payment, and a CaliforniaPayment, but shall nevertheless be bound by any final judgment entered by the Court.

Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services means the credit monitoring and identity theft insurance solution to be offered as a Settlement Benefit under this Settlement. This Settlement Benefit is discussed in more detail in Section 3.4 below.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Corporate Services Agreement means the corporate services agreement dated on or about the Closing Date between the Issuer and the Corporate Services Provider, together with any agreement for the time being in force amending or supplementing such agreement.

  • Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;
