Credit Facility Agent definition

Credit Facility Agent means that certain agent, in its capacity as arranger and administrative agent under the Credit Agreement or any replacement or successor agent under the Credit Agreement.

Credit Facility Agent means Citibank, N.A., or its duly appointed successor as administrative agent under the Credit Facility.

Credit Facility Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Credit Agreement and the Credit Agreement Security Agreement, and its successors and assigns.

• If the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, the Credit Facility Agent or the Ad Hoc Group dispute the reasonableness of any such invoice, the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or the affected Professional may submit such dispute to the Bankruptcy Court for a determination of the reasonableness of any such invoice, and the disputed portion of such invoice shall not be paid until the dispute is resolved.

• Nothing herein shall in any way affect or diminish the right of the Credit Facility Agent to exercise the Credit Facility Agent Charging Lien against distributions on account of the Credit Facility Claims with respect to any unpaid Credit Facility Agent Fees.
