Credit Enhancement or Guarantee Instrument means a letter of credit, third party guarantee, insurance contract or other collateral or security pledged to Florida Housing or its Trustee for a minimum of ten years by a third party Credit Enhancer or financial institution securing, insuring or guaranteeing the repayment of the mortgage loan or Bonds under Florida Housing’s Program.
