Credit and Collections Policies definition

Credit and Collections Policies means the procedures for the management, collection and recovery of Receivables attached as schedule 2 (Procedure di Riscossione) to the Sub-Servicing Agreement.

  • Cash Collateral Account Agreement With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the cash collateral account agreement, if any, between the originator of such Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgagor, pursuant to which the related Cash Collateral Account, if any, may have been established.

  • Commercial Letters of Credit means those letters of credit subject to the UCP payable in Dollars and issued or caused to be issued by Lender on behalf of Borrower under a Loan Facility for the benefit of a supplier(s) of Borrower in connection with Borrower's purchase of goods or services from the supplier in support of the export of the Items.
