Credit Amount Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit C-2.

  • All initially capitalized terms used in this Credit Amount Certificate have the meanings set forth in the Credit Agreement unless specifically defined herein.

  • If, at any time, the Revolver Usage on such date exceeds the lesser of (1) the Maximum Revolver Amount, or (2) the Credit Amount as of such date (based upon the most recent Credit Amount Certificate delivered by Borrower to Agent), then Borrower shall immediately prepay the Obligations in accordance with Section 2.4(f) in an amount equal to the amount of such excess.

For purposes of Article V hereof, unless specifically provided to the contrary, Certificate Principal Amounts shall be determined as of the close of business of the immediately preceding Distribution Date, after giving effect to all distributions made on such date.

  • REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.
