Credit Agreement Security Agreement definition

Credit Agreement Security Agreement has the meaning assigned to the term “Security Agreement” in the Credit Agreement.

Credit Agreement Security Agreement means that certain Pledge and Security Agreement, dated as of October 27, 2015 (as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, refinanced, replaced, extended, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time), by and among Coty, Inc., the other Grantors party thereto and the Credit Facility Agent.
