Credit Agreement Lender definition

Credit Agreement Lender means a “Lender” as defined in the Credit Agreement.
Credit Agreement Lender means any “Lender” under the Credit Agreement or any lender or holder under any other Funded Debt constituting First Lien Debt.
Credit Agreement Lender means, collectively, Citicorp USA, Inc., as agent, and each Person identified as a Lender in the Credit Agreement.

  • Co-Lender Agreement With respect to any Loan Combination, the co-lender agreement, intercreditor agreement, agreement among noteholders or similar agreement, dated as of the date set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Date of Co-Lender Agreement” and governing the relative rights of the holders of the related Mortgage Loan and Companion Loan(s), as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.   • DIP Credit Agreement means the Senior Secured Superpriority Debtor-in-Possession Credit Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2009, among the Companies, the Investor and the other lenders and agents from time to time party thereto, after giving effect to all amendments, waivers, supplements, modifications and any substitutions therefor.
