Credit Agreement Agent definition

Credit Agreement Agent means, at any time, the Person serving at such time as the “Agent” or “Administrative Agent” under the Credit Agreement or any other representative then most recently designated in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Credit Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.

Credit Agreement Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the preliminary statement of this Agreement.

Credit Agreement Agent means any administrative agent under any Credit Agreement.
