Creative Material definition

Creative Material means music; lyrics; songs; discoveries; developments; trade secrets; processes; formulas; data; lists; software programs; and all other works of authorship, mask works, ideas, concepts, know-how, designs, and techniques, whether or not any of the foregoing is or are patentable, copyrightable, or registrable under any intellectual property laws or industrial property laws in the United States or elsewhere.. Confidential Information shall not include any information (a) which is disclosed pursuant to subpoena or other legal process, (b) which has been publicly disclosed, or (c) which is subsequently disclosed to any third party not in breach of a confidentiality agreement.
Creative Material has the meaning given to it in Clause 11.1.
Creative Material means the written documentation and content, verbal electronic and other information, advertising campaigns, brand identity, brand materials including website, copywriting, designs, drawings, marketing ideas, photography, pictures or other images, video, website, sounds or any other record of any information in any form belonging to the Company;

More Definitions of Creative Material

Creative Material means any work Talent conceives, creates, or reduces to practice solely in connection with the Services or Deliverables, including concepts, works, inventions, information, drawings, art work, designs, renderings, or templates, as well as any related documentation.

Related to Creative Material

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account. Promotional Material includes, but is not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analysis, research reports, correspondence to Existing Customers or Prospective Customers, newsletters and generally anything written that assists in the solicitation process.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.
