CPR Certificates definition

CPR Certificates means the Contingent Payment Right Certificates, including the Contingent Payment Right Certificates issued immediately prior to the Effective Time and any other Contingent Payment Right Certificates issued by the Trust.
CPR Certificates means the two certificates evidencing CPRs purchased by Seller pursuant to the Purchase Agreement: (1) CPR No. 1 certificate for the amount of $14,900,000 dated March 26, 2009 and (2) CPR No. 2 certificate for the amount of $10,100,000 dated April 1, 2009.
CPR Certificates has the meaning set forth in Annex I hereto.

  • Group II Certificates The Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates.

  • Class A-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Regular Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.
