CPR Arbitration Rules definition

CPR Arbitration Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).

The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.
