CP Rate Loan definition

CP Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on a CP Rate (or, in the case of a Loan funded by a Conduit Lender through its Liquidity Provider, at the rate specified in Section 2.05(a)).

CP Rate Loan means, for each Loan of a Conduit prior to the time, if any, when (i) it is refinanced with a Liquidity Funding pursuant to the Liquidity Agreement, or (ii) the occurrence of an Amortization Event and the commencement of the accrual of Interest thereon at the Default Rate.

CP Rate Loan. Each Loan made by a Conduit prior to the time, if any, when (i) it is refinanced with a Liquidity Funding pursuant to the related Liquidity Agreement, or (ii) the occurrence of an Amortization Event and the commencement of the accrual of Interest thereon at the applicable Default Rate.

More Definitions of CP Rate Loan

CP Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the CP Rate.
