COVID-19 Effects definition

COVID-19 Effects means impacts on a party’s ability to perform its obligations under the Contract arising from COVID-19 (including COVID-19 Laws) and includes impacts to the cost of performing, or delay or disruption to performance of, those obligations.

COVID-19 Effects means the national emergency declared by the U.S. President on March 13, 2020 with respect to Covid-19, governmental actions in response to Covid-19, and/or other resulting circumstances and/or effects, whether now or in the future, from Covid-19.
