Covered Supplier definition

Covered Supplier means any supplier of the Company with whom Employee had dealings or contact, supervised dealings or contact, or with respect to whom Employee had access to Confidential Information while employed.
Covered Supplier means any manufacturer or supplier of medical or surgical products or devices with which O&M, at any time during the Recent Period, has conducted or made a written or in-person proposal to conduct, business, and with which Executive had business-related contact or dealings on behalf of O&M or about which Executive received Confidential Information, in each case, at any time during the Recent Period. 7.
Covered Supplier means any vendor, supplier, distributor, agent or other service provider of a Covered Party, of a Covered Party, as of such date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(b) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

More Definitions of Covered Supplier

Covered Supplier means any manufacturer or supplier of medical or surgical products or devices with which O&M, at any time during the Recent Period, has conducted or made a written or in-person proposal to conduct business, and with which Executive had Material Contact, and (iii) “Material Contact” means that (x) Executive personally communicated with a person or entity employed or engaged by, or representing, a Covered Customer or Covered Supplier, either orally or in writing, regarding an O&M company or the products or services of, or provided to, an O&M company, or (y) Executive received Confidential Information regarding a Covered Customer or Covered Supplier, in each instance, at any time during the Recent Period. c. Nothing in this Section 6 is intended to prohibit Executive’s employment by a Covered Customer or Covered Supplier that is not identified in Exhibit A hereto, provided Executive, during the Severance Period, does not personally or through another directly or indirectly encourage or induce such employer to cease doing business with the Company or change the terms of an existing business relationship with the Company to the material detriment of the Company. 7.

Related to Covered Supplier

  • Preferred Supplier means a person named in Schedule F;

  • fuel supplier means an entity supplying fuel to the market that is responsible for passing fuel through an excise duty point or, in the case of electricity or where no excise is due or where duly justified, any other relevant entity designated by a Member State;

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Prospective Customer means any person, firm, company or other organisation with whom the Company has had any negotiations or material discussions regarding the possible supply of goods or services by the Company.
