Covered Supplier means any supplier of the Company with whom Employee had dealings or contact, supervised dealings or contact, or with respect to whom Employee had access to Confidential Information while employed.

Nothing in this Section 6 is intended to prohibit Executive’s employment by a Covered Customer or Covered Supplier that is not identified in Exhibit A hereto, provided Executive, during the Severance Period, does not personally or through another directly or indirectly encourage or induce such employer to cease doing business with the Company or change the terms of an existing business relationship with the Company to the material detriment of the Company. 7.

  • Preferred Supplier means a person named in Schedule F;
