Covered Pipeline definition

Covered Pipeline means, subject to sections 2.3 and 2.4, the whole or a particular part of a Pipeline which is Covered and any extension to, or expansion of the Capacity of, that Covered Pipeline which is to be treated as part of the Covered Pipeline in accordance with the Extensions/Expansions Policy contained in the Access Arrangement for that Covered Pipeline and any expansion of that Covered Pipeline required to be installed under section 6.22.
Covered Pipeline means that part of the Pipeline which is, or which under this
Covered Pipeline means the whole or a part of a pipeline, which is subject to an Access Arrangement, together with the whole, or part of any other pipeline, which a regulator decides, shall be covered.

Examples of Covered Pipeline in a sentence

  • Under the National Gas Rules, the owner or operator of a Covered Pipeline is required to lodge an Access Arrangement with (and have it approved by) the Australian Energy Regulator (AER).

  • The Service Provider may (if the Relevant Regulator agrees) voluntarily submit separate Access Arrangements (together with Access Arrangement Information) for different parts of the Covered Pipeline, so that the separate Access Arrangements in total apply to the whole of the Covered Pipeline.

  • An Access Arrangement is a statement of the policies and the basic terms and conditions which apply to third party access to a Covered Pipeline.

More Definitions of Covered Pipeline

Covered Pipeline has the meaning given to it in the National Gas Law. CPI means the Consumer Price Index All Groups, Weighted Average of Eight Capital Cities published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Covered Pipeline means that part of the MSP which is, or which under this Access Arrangement is taken to be, a Covered Pipeline and includes any expansion or extension of the MSP which is Covered in accordance with clause 14.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
