Covered Employees definition

Covered Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).
Covered Employees means all employees and agents of the Company who are responsible for performing, supervising, overseeing, or managing activities related to the maintenance of online political files, as required by the Political Record- Keeping Statute and Rule.
Covered Employees means those persons who are subject to the limitations of Code Section 162(m).

Covered Employees means those persons who the Committee determines are subject to the limitations of Section 162(m) of the Code.

Covered Employees means all employees and agents of MTC who perform, supervise, oversee, or manage the performance of, duties that relate to the Company’s responsibilities under the Communications Laws, including 911 Rules.
