Notice of Ineligible DependentIf a Covered Dependent no longer meets all of the applicable eligibility requirements specified in the ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT FOR COVERAGE section of this Contract, the Contractholder must notify us in writing immediately and no later than 31 days after the date the Covered Dependent ceases to be eligible for coverage.
