Covered Component definition

Covered Component means only those mechanical components or parts of Your Asset that are listed in the ‘Covered Components’, and ‘Customer Care Package’ on (Pages 3 to 4) as being covered under Your Mechanical Breakdown Insurance.

Covered Component means an Airframe Component, a Landing Gear Component or a Spare Component.

Covered Component means a component of your vehicle that was originally fitted by the vehicle manufacturer, but only to the extent that is it not otherwise excluded under “What is not covered’ on pages 16 to 19 of this policy document.

Examples of Covered Component in a sentence

• If a Covered Component requires replacement, We may replace with a reconditioned or similar component.

• Mechanical Breakdown: Means the sudden and unforeseen failure of a Covered Component of the Vehicle as a result of a defect in workmanship or defective material(s).

• The term of this Agreement is specified on page one (1) of this Agreement or in the Contract to which it is appended and shall terminate when all PHI provided by the DES Covered Component to the Business Associate, or created or received by the Business Associate on behalf of the DES Covered Component, is destroyed or returned to the DES Covered Component.

• Any ambiguity in this Agreement shall be resolved to permit the DES Covered Component to comply with the HIPAA and HITECH Rules.

• The Business Associate shall provide data aggregation services with regard to PHI created or received from or on behalf of the DES Covered Component, if requested to do so by the DES Covered Component.

Covered Component means the components set out in section 7.1 – 7.15 of this Agreement. PLEASE NOTE – Honda is not liable for a Covered Component that has reached the end of its normal working life because of age or usage.
