Covered Call Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities (excluding Futures Contracts) which are owned by the writer thereof and subject to appropriate restrictions.

Covered Call Option means an option granted by the Partnership to a third party whereby the third party is entitled to purchase one or more Selected Bank Stocks from the Partnership at the end of the Investment Period for a purchase price equal to the strike price specified therein. Related to Covered Call Option

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Contract Award Date means the date of the Contract award notice, which may take the form of a purchase order, signed Contract or Notice of Award, issued by the Authority.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.

  • Optioned Shares means Shares subject to an Award granted pursuant to this Plan.
