Covered Business means (A) during the term, any business in which the Company is engaged and (B) after the Term, any business in which the Company was engaged as of the end of the Term.
Covered Business means any business which is the same as, or similar to, any business conducted by the Company or any of the Related Entities at any time during the Restrictive Period. Covered Business means providing any services similar in scope or nature to the services provided by the Executive immediately prior to his Date of Termination. For purposes of this Section 9, the phrase "engaging, directly or indirectly" shall mean engaging directly or having an interest, directly or indirectly, as owner, partner, shareholder, agent, representative, employee, officer, director, independent contractor, capital investor, lender, renderer of consultation services or advice or otherwise (other than as the holder of less than 2% of the outstanding stock of a publicly-traded corporation), either alone or in association with others, in the operation of any aspect of any type of business or enterprise engaged in any aspect of the Covered Business.
Covered Business means (i) any business in which the Company or any Group Company is engaged on the Closing Date and (ii) any business in which the Company or any Group Company plans to engage after the Closing and which business is in an advanced stage of development on the Closing Date.
Covered Business means any businesses and operations conducted by any one or more members of either Group or other assets of one or more of the members of either Group, in each case, that include a Reserved Business. “Covered Business” also includes any ownership interest or license or other rights with respect to any of the material trademarks, patents and other intellectual property used in, or relating to, any Reserved Business as of the Distribution, including any material patent that has claims that cover any products that are or would be competitive with any products of such Reserved Business.
Covered Business shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.08(a).
Covered Business means any business in which the Company is engaged or in which the Company has plans to be engaged, or any service that the Company provides or has plans to provide. The foregoing covenant shall cover my activities in every part of the Territory. For purposes of this Agreement, “Territory” shall mean: (i) all counties in the State of Texas; (ii) all other states of the United States of America in which the Company provided goods or services, had customers, or otherwise conducted business at any time during the two-year period prior to the date of the termination of my relationship with the Company; and (iii) any other countries from which the Company maintains non-trivial operations or facilities, provided goods or services, had customers, or otherwise conducted business at any time during the two-year period prior to the date of the termination of my relationship with the Company. Should I obtain other employment during my employment with the Company or within twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of my relationship with the Company, I agree to provide written notification to the Company as to the name and address of my new employer, the position that I expect to hold, and a general description of my duties and responsibilities, at least three (3) business days prior to starting such employment.
Covered Business has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8(e).
Covered Business shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b)(i).
