Covered Aircraft definition

Covered Aircraft means those Aircraft identified on Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of signing of this Letter Agreement.

Covered Aircraft means the aircraft whose capacity Air Canada purchases from Jazz under the CPA;

Covered Aircraft means Chorus’ aircraft subject to the CPA;

Examples of Covered Aircraft in a sentence

• Chorus and Air Canada are parties to the CPA under which Air Canada currently purchases substantially all of Jazz's fleet capacity on the Covered Aircraft.

• Air Canada is entitled to all revenues associated with the operation of the Covered Aircraft, including revenue from passenger ticket sales and cargo services.

• In the event the Covered Aircraft is damaged beyond economical repair or is unrecoverable because of theft, or otherwise is a complete loss, the Client shall provide written notice to AEPC™ describing such damage, theft, or loss within five (5) business days following the occurrence and shall pay all amounts then due and owing under this Agreement and return all equip- ment on loan to the Client under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Covered Aircraft

Covered Aircraft means those Aircraft identified on Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of signing of this Letter Agreement, any Substitute Aircraft pursuant to terms of Letter Agreement AAL-PA-03735-LA-1106652 entitled “Aircraft Model Substitution” and any Option Aircraft in which Customer exercises its rights pursuant to Letter Agreement AAL-PA-03735-LA-1106651 entitled “Option Aircraft”.

Covered Aircraft means those Aircraft operated by Customer on Customer’s routes during the Program Term.

Covered Aircraft means all of the aircraft listed in Section A of Schedule 1 (as amended from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement) and presented for service by Contractor, as adjusted from time to time for additions and withdrawals pursuant to Article II and Article VIII (it being understood by the parties hereto that Schedule 1 shall be revised from time to time to reflect any such additions and withdrawals).

Covered Aircraft means an aircraft owned by or to be delivered to the Government and, when determined by the contracting officer and specifically identified as such in the contract Schedule, may include contractor-furnished aircraft that are not intended for induction into the DoD inventory, including—

Covered Aircraft has the meaning specified in the Capacity Purchase Agreement.

Covered Aircraft means the E175 Covered Aircraft and the CRJ Covered Aircraft.

Covered Aircraft means, subject to Section 10.9, the E175 Covered Aircraft, the E175LL Covered Aircraft, and the CRJ700 Covered Aircraft, it being understood that there are no CRJ550 Covered Aircraft.
