Coverage Year definition

Coverage Year means the period of time described by this term as set forth in Section 7.11.5.
Coverage Year means each separate period beginning January 1st and ending December 31st for the Term of this Treaty.

  • Family Status Change Your benefit elections are intended to remain the same for the entire Coverage Year.

  • A member diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes is eligible for one additional benefit per Coverage Year until their coverage with the Plan terminates.

  • If your coverage ends earlier, the Coverage Year ends at the same time.

  • If your benefit plan covers orthodontics, benefits for orthodontic services are not included in the Coverage Year Maximum, but are subject to a separate lifetime maximum.

More Definitions of Coverage Year

Coverage Year means, in respect of any Insurance Coverage Program, the effective term of such Insurance Coverage Program;
Coverage Year means, with respect to any given Participating Utility, an annual period of exactly 12 months that (1) commences as of date and time, as declared by the Participating Utility to the Administrator no less than 30 days in advance, at which any or all of that Participating Utility’s insurance coverage that is required to be in place pursuant to section 3293 of the Public Utilities Code incepts, and (2) ending exactly 12 months after the date of commencement.
