Coverage Part definition

Coverage Part means only those coverage parts designated in the Declarations as “Included” in this Policy and attached hereto.
Coverage Part means the section of the coverage agreement setting forth the terms, definitions, conditions, and limitations of indemnification for the risk described. Coverage part may also refer to an extension of coverage or additional coverage within a coverage part.
Coverage Part means each coverage part that is listed as purchased in Item 2. of the Declarations.

Examples of Coverage Part in a sentence

  • If the insured has rights to recover all or part of any payment we have made under this Coverage Part, those rights are transferred to us.

  • The Limits of Insurance of this Coverage Part apply separately to each consecutive annual period and to any remaining period of less than 12 months, starting with the beginning of the policy period shown in the Declarations, unless the policy period is extended after issuance for an additional period of less than 12 months.

  • A person or organization may sue us to recover on an agreed settlement or on a final judgment against an insured; but we will not be liable for damages that are not payable under the terms of this Coverage Part or that are in excess of the applicable limit of insurance.

  • If any person or organization to or for whom we make payment under this Coverage Part has rights to recover damages from another, those rights are transferred to us to the extent of our payment.

  • To sue us on this Coverage Part unless all of its terms have been fully complied with.

  • All of the terms of this Coverage Part will then apply directly to the mortgageholder.

  • That representative will have all your rights and duties under this Coverage Part.

  • If we decide not to renew this Coverage Part, we will mail or deliver to the first Named Insured shown in the Declarations written notice of the nonrenewal not less than 30 days before the expi- ration date.If notice is mailed, proof of mailing will be sufficient proof of notice.


More Definitions of Coverage Part

Coverage Part means each of the following Coverage Parts of this Policy: Network Security and Privacy Liability Coverage Part, Media Liability Coverage Part, Technology Services and Products and Professional Liability Coverage Part, Data Incident Response Expense Coverage Part, Business Interruption Coverage Part, and Cyber Extortion Coverage Part. When used in the plural, this term means all such Coverage Parts.
Coverage Part means each Coverage Part purchased by the Insured as set forth in Item 4. of the Declarations.
Coverage Part means one of the four divisions within this cover section, comprising: Coverage Part 1 – Directors & Officers Liability; Coverage Part 2Employment Practices Liability; Coverage Part 3Statutory Liability; Coverage Part 4
Coverage Part means those coverage parts purchased by the Insureds as set forth in Item 3 of the Declarations of the General Terms and Conditions.
Coverage Part means the EPACK Extra Crime Coverage Part.
Coverage Part means the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PART, the Investment Adviser Management Liability Coverage Part, the Investment Adviser Professional Liability Coverage Part, the Investment Company Liability Coverage Part, the Private Fund Liability Coverage Part, the Employment Practices Liability Coverage Part, and the Fiduciary Liability Coverage Part, but only if such Coverage Part is purchased, and shown in the Declarations.

Related to Coverage Part

  • Coverage Period means the time period specified on the Declarations Page beginning on the effective date and ending on the expiration date. All dates are as of 12:01 AM in the time zone of the Policyholder.

  • Coverage means the types of persons to be eligible as the beneficiaries of the Scheme to health services provided under the Scheme, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations.

If earnings are received by an employee during a period of total disability and if such earnings are derived from employment which has not been approved as rehabilitative employment, then the regular monthly benefit from the Plan shall be reduced by one hundred percent (100%) of such earnings.

  • Nonminor dependent means any individual age eighteen to twenty-one years who is participating in extended foster care services authorized under RCW 74.13.031.

  • Property Insurance is defined in Section 6.10(a).

  • Member of the Immediate Family means spouse, parent or stepparent, child or stepchild, brother or sister, stepbrother or stepsister, brother-in- law or sister-in-law, mother-in-law or father-in-law, or son-in-law or daughter-in-law.

Freestanding Facilities may also be referred to as Outpatient Freestanding Facilities. GROUP POLICY or POLICY.....means the agreement between Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the Group, any addenda, this Certificate, the Group’s application and the Plan, as appropriate, along with any exhibits, appendices, addenda and/or other required information and the individual application(s) of the persons covered under the benefit program. HABILITATIVE SERVICES....means Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and other services prescribed by a Physician pursuant to a treatment plan to enhance the ability of a child to function with a Congenital, Genetic, or Early Acquired Disorder. These services may include Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, speech language pathology, and other services for a Covered Person with disabilities in a variety of Inpatient and/or Outpatient settings, with coverage as described in the Certificate. HEARING AID.....means any wearable non-disposable, non-experimental instrument or device designed to aid or compensate for impaired human hearing and any parts, attachments, or accessories for the instrument or device, including an ear mold. HEARING CARE PROFESSIONAL. means a person who is a licensed Hearing Aid dispenser, licensed audiologist, or licensed physician operating within the scope of such license. HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER. means a duly licensed home infusion therapy provider, when operating within the scope of such license. PARTICIPATING HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER… means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program at the time Covered Services are rendered. NON-PARTICIPATING HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER… means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program at the time Covered Services are rendered. HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER.....means an organization duly licensed to provide Hospice Care Program Service, when operating within the scope of such license. PARTICIPATING HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER… means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider that has been designated by any Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider in the benefit program. NON-PARTICIPATING HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER… means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either:

  • Individual generation site means the contiguous site at or on which one or more hazardous wastes are generated. An individual generation site, such as a large manufacturing plant, may have one or more sources of hazardous waste but is considered a single or individual generation site if the site or property is contiguous.
