Coverage Feature definition

Coverage Feature means a health and welfare benefit offered under the Plan, and may include “Non- Contributory Coverage Features,” which are paid for by the Company, and “Contributory Coverage Features,” which require you to contribute towards the cost.

  • The Plan Administrator may establish enrollment procedures for each Coverage Feature in accordance with the Welfare Benefit Contracts for you and your Eligible Dependents under the Plan.

  • If a claim under the Coverage Feature is denied in whole or in part, you or your beneficiary will receive written notification within a reasonable period of time, but no later than 45 days after the Plan Administrator’s receipt of the claim.

Related to Coverage Feature

  • Coverage means the types of persons to be eligible as the beneficiaries of the Scheme to health services provided under the Scheme, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations.

  • Water feature means a design element where open water performs an aesthetic or recreational function. Water features include ponds, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, artificial streams, spas, and swimming pools (where water is artificially supplied). The surface area of water features is included in the high water use hydrozone of the landscape area. Constructed wetlands used for on-site wastewater treatment, habitat protection, or storm water best management practices that are not irrigated and used solely for water treatment or storm water retention are not water features and, therefore, are not subject to the water budget calculation.

  • Coverage Area means the area described in the Website for which Nearmap has available Products, which may cover part or all of that area and which may cover part (but not all) of the area covered by the Survey.

  • Coverage Term All insurance required herein shall be maintained in full force and effect until Work required to be performed under the terms of the Contract are satisfactorily completed and formally accepted; failure to do so may constitute a material breach of this Contract, at the sole discretion of the TOWN. In the event any insurance policy(ies) required by this contract is(are) written on a “claims made” basis, coverage shall extend for two(2) years past completion and acceptance of the CONTRACTOR’s work or services, as evidenced by annual Certificates of Insurance.

  • Replacement Cost means the cost to repair or rebuild the improvements owned by Lessor at the time of the occurrence to their condition existing immediately prior thereto, including demolition, debris removal and upgrading required by the operation of applicable building codes, ordinances or laws, and without deduction for depreciation.

  • Special food product means a food product that is all of the following:

  • Life-cycle cost means the expected total cost of ownership during the life of a product, including disposal costs.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Additional Cost has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.01.

  • Group health insurance coverage means in connection with a group health plan, health insurance

  • Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specified herein or otherwise agreed to by the City, the required insurance shall be in effect prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and shall continue in force as appropriate until the latter of:

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority-approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Premium service means programming choices (such as movie Channels, pay-per-view programs, or video on demand) offered to Subscribers on a per-Channel, per-program or per- event basis.

  • Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxx, and at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or such other URLs or Web pages as the LHIN or the Ministry may advise from time to time.   • Premium Loading means the additional premium on top of the Standard Premium charged by the Company to the Policy Holder according to the additional risk assessed for the Insured Person.

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Disease means an alteration in the state of the body or of some of its organs, interrupting or disturbing the performance of the functions, and causing or threatening pain and weakness or physical or mental disorder and certified by a Medical Practitioner.

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.
