Coverage Action definition

Coverage Action means the insurance coverage action pending in the New Jersey Superior Court in Middlesex County, New Jersey, Congoleum v. ACE American Ins. Co., et al., Docket No. MID-L-8908-01 (N.J. Super. Ct.).

  • Action shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(j).
