Examples of Covenant Not to Sue in a sentence
In exchange, the Released Parties shall receive from the Releasing Parties the Release, Covenant Not to Sue, and Dismissal provided for in this Settlement Agreement.
The Mutual Covenant Not to Sue and Release is conditioned and shall take effect upon the performance of all of the relevant terms and obligations of this Consent Decree by each Settling PRP, respectively.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I hereby Release, Waive and Covenant Not to Sue: the Guelph Triathlon Club, all official GTC coaches, acting coaches and guest coaches with respect to any liability, claim(s), demand(s), cause(s) of action, damage(s), loss or expense (including court costs and reasonable attorneys fees) of any kind or nature (“Liability”) from my use of, presence at or participation in the workouts, which may arise out of, result from or relate to the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.
The Department reserves, and this Consent Decree is without prejudice to, all rights against the Settling PRPs with respect to all matters not expressly included within the Department’s Covenant Not to Sue and Release.
This Covenant Not to Sue extends only to Ginger and its subsidiaries, parent corporations, affiliates, divisions, agents, successors, and predecessors, and does not extend to any other person or entity.
