Covance Business definition

Covance Business means all businesses and operations conducted by (i) all current and former subsidiaries of Covance and by Covance Biotechnology Services Inc. and Pharmaceutical Laboratory Services, Inc. prior to the Effective Time; and (ii) any business entities acquired or established by or for Covance or any of its Subsidiaries after the date of this Agreement.
