Court Records definition

Court Records means all information in any form made available by the Court to Subscriber through the BCA for the purposes of carrying out this Subscriber Amendment, including:
Court Records means any record maintained by the clerk in a civil, traffic, or criminal proceeding
Court Records means any record maintained by the clerk in a civil, traffic, or criminal proceeding in the court, and any appeal from a district court.

Examples of Court Records in a sentence

  • All parties also acknowledge and agree that the use of, access to or submission of Court Records, as that term is defined in the Court Data Services Subscriber Amendment, may be restricted by rules promulgated by the Minnesota Supreme Court, applicable state statute or federal law.

  • The Agency desires to use one or more BCA systems and tools to access and/or submit Court Records to assist the Agency in the efficient performance of its duties as required or authorized by law or court rule.

  • Certain BCA systems and tools that include access to and/or submission of Court Records may only be utilized by the Agency if the Agency completes this Subscriber Amendment.

  • Subscriber shall be responsible for all access to and use of Authorized Court Data Services and Court Records by Subscriber’s bona fide personnel or by means of Subscriber’s equipment or passwords, whether or not Subscriber has knowledge of or authorizes such access and use.

  • Subscriber’s access to and/or submission of the Court Records shall be limited to Authorized Court Data Services identified in an approved request form under section 3, above, and other Court Records necessary for Subscriber to use Authorized Court Data Services.


More Definitions of Court Records

Court Records means the contents of the court file, including the progress docket and other similar records generated to document activity in a case, transcripts filed with the clerk, and electronic records, video tapes, or stenographic tapes of depositions or other proceedings filed with the clerk, and electronic records, videotapes or stenographic tapes of court proceedings.

Court Records means case records and administrative records, in whatever format, except personnel records, judicial or judicial staff work product, internal electronic or physical mail, memoranda or drafts, appellate case assignments, and records made confidential by statute, administrative rule, court rule, or court order. Court Records means all official records maintained by the clerk or other personnel pertaining to (1) any criminal action, (2) any action, except a juvenile proceeding, concerning a civil offense or infraction enacted under State or local law as a substitute for a criminal charge, or (3) any proceeding for expungement. It includes indices, docket entries, charging documents, pleadings, memoranda, assignment schedules, disposition sheets, transcriptions of proceedings, electronic recordings, orders, judgments, and decrees. It does not include: records pertaining to violations of the vehicle laws of the State or of any other traffic law, ordinance, or regulation;
Court Records means all official records maintained by the clerk or other personnel pertaining to any criminal action or proceeding for expungement. It includes indices, docket entries, charging documents, pleadings, memoranda, assignment schedules, disposition sheets, transcriptions of proceedings, electronic recordings, orders, judgments, and decrees. It does not include: records pertaining to violations of the vehicle laws of the State or of any other traffic law, ordinance, or regulation; written opinions of a court; cash receipt and disbursement records necessary for audit purposes; or a court reporter's transcript of proceedings involving multiple defendants.
Court Records means both Case Records and Administrative Records.
