Examples of Court Hearing in a sentence
All OGS Shareholders are entitled to attend the Court Hearing in person or to be represented by Counsel to support or oppose the sanctioning of the Scheme.
The Court Hearing will be held at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London WC2A 2LL.
Members of the 401k Plans will not be entitled to attend the Court Meeting or the General Meeting or to be present at the Court Hearing.
The Independent Expert giving a report to the Company that in its opinion the Proposed Transaction is fair and reasonable and in the best interests of Shareholders and Optionholders and the Independent Expert does not change its conclusion or withdraw its report prior to 5.00pm on the day prior to the Second Court Hearing Date.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Court Hearing shall not be held until all of the conditions set forth in Article VII have been satisfied (or, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, waived in a writing signed by the party for whose benefit the condition exists) other than the conditions set forth in Sections 7.1(b)(ii) and 7.1(b)(iii).
