COURT ATTENDANCE definition

COURT ATTENDANCE shall be defined as attendance whether by subpoena or direction at any judicial or quasi judicial proceedings, inquiry, tribunal or hearing established under federal, provincial or municipal statutes on behalf of the Service. It shall include travel time to and from the location of the court appearance from the Hanover Police Office.

  • Attendance means the actual presence of an enrolled child.
