Coupons definition

Coupons means the bearer coupons relating to interest bearing Bearer Notes or, as the context may require, a specific number of them and includes any replacement Coupons issued pursuant to the Conditions;

Coupons means the bearer interest coupons appertaining to the Bearer Securities in definitive form (other than in the case of Zero-Coupon Securities) or, as the context may require, a specific number thereof and includes any replacements for Coupons issued pursuant to Condition 14 (Replacement of Securities) and, where the context so permits, the Talons.

Coupons means bearer coupons relating to Interest-bearing Bearer Notes and, unless the context otherwise requires, Talons.

Examples of Coupons in a sentence

• The Issuer shall ensure that each of the Fiscal Agent, Registrar and the Replacement Agent holds sufficient Notes, Note Certificates or Coupons to fulfil its respective obligations under this Clause 4 and Clause 6 (Replacement Notes) and each of the Fiscal Agent, Registrar and the Replacement Agent undertakes to notify the Issuer if it holds insufficient Notes, Note Certificates or Coupons for such purposes.

• The Definitive Notes and all Coupons, or as the case may be, Individual Note Certificate relating thereto and maturing after the date fixed for redemption should be deposited with the Change of Control Put Option Notice.

Coupons means bearer coupons (if any) appertaining to Definitive Bearer Securities and for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number thereof and includes any replacement coupons issued pursuant to Condition 13 (Replacement and Transfer).
