Examples of Couponholders in a sentence
Couponholders shall be deemed for all purposes to have notice of the contents of any notice given to the holders of Bearer Notes in accordance with this Condition.
A Program Resolution passed at any meeting of the Covered Bondholders of all Series will be binding on all Covered Bondholders of all Series, whether or not they are present at the meeting, and on all related Couponholders in respect of such Covered Bonds.
