Coupa Platform definition

Coupa Platform means any software and hardware that enables Coupa to provide Customer with access to and use of the Hosted Applications as contemplated by this Agreement.

Examples of Coupa Platform in a sentence

  • This Agreement is not a sale and does not convey to Customer any rights of ownership in or related to the Hosted Applications, Coupa Platform, or Documentation.

  • As between Coupa and Customer, all right, title, and interest in and to the Hosted Applications, Documentation, and Coupa Platform (including all rights therein, and all derivatives, translations, modifications and enhancements thereof) are, and shall remain, owned exclusively by Coupa notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Order Form, or statement of work hereunder.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Company Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.
