County grant. . means Aan agreement under which the County provides money, property, or other assistance, including loans, loan guarantees, credit enhancements, gifts, bequests, commodities, or other assets, to a recipient for the purpose of supporting or stimulating a program or activity of the recipient and in which no substantial involvement by the County is anticipated other than involvement associated with monitoring compliance with the grant conditions, as defined in ORS 279A.010(k)(ii). Distinguish from Grant.
County grant means all funds granted to Grantee by the County pursuant to the Grant Agreement.
