County general plan definition

County general plan means the plan adopted by the County for the guidance of growth and improvement of the County, including modifications or refinements which may be made from time to time.
County general plan means the comprehensive long-range plan or development plan, if any, which has been adopted by ordinance or resolution by a county council.
