County Facility definition

County Facility means any enclosed space that is operated, owned, leased or rented by Josephine County, including but not limited to buildings, portions of buildings, equipment, machinery and motor vehicles. “Designated Smoking Area” means an area designated and posted as a Smoking Area.
County Facility means any building, structure, or vehicle owned and operated by the County, its agents, agencies, and departments and includes County buildings, structures, parks, recreation facilities, or property.
County Facility means any structure, facility, or fixture owned by or leased to King County.
