County Counsel definition

County Counsel means County’s Office of the County Counsel.
County Counsel means the County Counsel, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to LESSOR, such other person or entity as shall be designated by the County Executive Officer or the Board of Supervisors.
County Counsel means an attorney in the Office of the County Counsel established by Douglas County Code Chapter 2.08.

Examples of County Counsel in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, County shall have the right to participate in any such defense at its sole cost and expense, except that in the event Contractor fails to provide County with a full and adequate defense, as determined by County in its sole judgment, County shall be entitled to retain its own counsel, including, without limitation, County Counsel, and reimbursement from Contractor for all such costs and expenses incurred by County in doing so.
