  • Territories means territories, including territorial waters;

  • UK Bail-in Legislation means Part I of the United Kingdom Banking Act 2009 and any other law or regulation applicable in the United Kingdom relating to the resolution of unsound or failing banks, investment firms or other financial institutions or their affiliates (otherwise than through liquidation, administration or other insolvency proceedings).

  • Qualifying Provinces means, collectively, all of the provinces of Canada except Québec.

  • Bail-In Legislation means, with respect to any EEA Member Country implementing Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union, the implementing law for such EEA Member Country from time to time which is described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule.

  • Third Parties Act has the meaning given to it in Clause 1.5 (Third party rights).

  • Collective Bargaining Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.

  • Procurement Law means the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (insofar as the same are applicable) together with any statutory modification or replacement regulations or Legislation on procurement by public bodies; Professional Team means (as applicable) the architect, civil & structural engineer, the mechanical & electrical engineer and any other consultant appointed by the Grant Recipient in connection with a Firm Scheme; Prohibited Act means:

  • Restricted Territories means: (i) Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the territory of Crimea / Sevastopol; and (ii) any other country or territory that is subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the U.S, United Nations or elsewhere.

  • EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.

  • Privacy Legislation means all laws and regulations, including (without limitation) the laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, which are applicable to the processing of Personal Data under this Agreement, including (without limitation) the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (“GDPR”); and

  • Protection Legislation means (i) the GDPR; (ii) the Data Protection Act 2018 to the extent that it relates to the processing of Personal Data and privacy; and (iii) all applicable Law relating to the processing of Personal Data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner, in each case as amended, supplemented or substituted from time to time; Domestic Successor means, as the context requires, either:

  • agricultural products means the products listed in Annex I to the Treaty, with the exception of fishery products, as well as cotton;
