Council Policies definition

Council Policies means the policies of the Council from time to time relevant to the Contract or Disposal or as required by these Contract Standing Orders.
Council Policies means any current written protocols for delivering the Council’s functions and responsibilities, including and without limitation, Freedom of Information, Safeguarding, Data Protection. Where published the policies will be available on the Council website www.south-norfolk.gov.uk under the various service and sector headings and otherwise upon request.

  • The employee will comply with and effectively implement all legislative requirements and relevant Council Policies and Procedures pertaining to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, distribution and transfer of information, documentation and records that the employee produces, collects or is otherwise exposed to or becomes aware of through their employment with Council.

  • All work product, patent rights and fees of the Contractor resulting from this contract shall be governed by Section 6 of the Oil and Gas Research Council Policies.

More Definitions of Council Policies

Council Policies means the Council’s constitution, rules, policies and codes listed in Schedule 1 below, as amended and notified to the Supplier from time to time.
Council Policies means the standards, policies, strategies and instructions issued by the Council and as notified to the Trust as part of the Annual Service Planning Process;

Defect means any defect, fault, error, malfunction, omission or problem in or arising from the design, material, manufacture or workmanship of the Product or the Works (or any component of the Product or the Works) including any defect, fault, error, malfunction, omission or problem relating to, or arising from:
