Council Functions definition

Council Functions means those functions which are prescribed as Council functions by regulation
Council Functions means the functions specified in Regulation 6(a) of the Partnership Regulations for the provision of social services to the Client Groups in respect of their learning disability and mental health needs. This is subject to the exclusions listed in Regulation 6(a)(i) to (vi) of the Partnership Regulations together with such exclusions and additions as are specified in Clause 7.4.
Council Functions means those functions of the Council which are necessary for the management and provision of the Services for the Client Group under the enactments set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 These functions may be subject to amendment as a result of changes in legislation regulations or guidance from time to time;

  • In Schedule 8 of the Partnership Agreement, a key decision is defined as a decision in relation to the exercise of Council Functions which is likely to: • result in incurring additional expenditure or making of savings which are more than £250,000 • result in an existing service being reduced by more than 10% or may cease altogether • affect a service which is currently provided in-house which may be outsourced or vice versa • and other criteria stated within schedule 8 of Partnership Agreement.

More Definitions of Council Functions

Council Functions means the Council Commissioning Functions and the Council Provider Functions.
Council Functions means such of those functions referred to in Regulation 6 of the Regulations and which are exercised by the Councils in relation to the Arrangements insofar as they are exercised for the purposes of the commissioning and delivery of the Frailty Services. This is subject to any exclusion agreed between the Partners or as provided in the Regulations
Council Functions means functions that are non executive functions and includes functions that have to be discharged by the full council as well as those that may be delegated by the council to a committee, sub-committee or officers;

F2.10.2 Show VAT payable by the employer separately as an addition to the tendered total of the prices.

  • Delegated Functions means a function of the Director or the Lord Chancellor delegated to you by an Authorisation;
