Council/ Employer definition

Council/ Employer means the National Bargaining Council for the Clothing Manufacturing Industry duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa/ Company Registered in terms of xxxx;

  • The UIF may require the Council/ Employer, at any time, to repay all or part of the funding if the Council/ Employer are in breach of this Agreement.

  • The Council/ Employer undertakes to honour its obligations for financial transactions in compliance with the South African Laws and good practice.

  • To apply the East Sussex County Council Employer discretionary provisions within the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations.

  • The Council/ Employer must ensure that its accounting records in relation to the Covid-19 Benefits shall, subject to clause 7.5 of the Agreement, always be accessible to authorised persons from the UIF.
