Costs to Complete definition

Costs to Complete means, at any time, the aggregate of all remaining Project Costs (including the contingency amount reflected in the Base Financial Model) required to be incurred to achieve Commercial Operation.
Costs to Complete means, as at the date of calculation, that amount established by CMHC, which is the aggregate of (without duplication):

Examples of Costs to Complete in a sentence

  • Hospital acknowledges such direction and agrees to pay the Certified Costs to Complete as Contractor may direct in accordance with such direction.

  • The funds in the Equity Prefunding Reserve Account (including the Existing XXXXX Balance for each Project) may only be used by the Borrowers to fund the Expected Costs to Complete as equity funded in conjunction with FLG2 Debt and will not be included as equity contributions made for purposes of the calculation of the DER or the AFUDC until released and so used.

  • Expected Costs to Complete shall include contingencies and escalation.

  • Expected Costs to Complete shall also include any interest during construction and costs associated with the Financing prior to the Commissioning Date, calculated on a pro forma basis.

  • During each phase of the PROJECT, on a monthly basis, the LOCAL GOVERNMENT must submit to the DEPARTMENT the Estimated Costs to Complete and the Estimated Costs at Completion.

  • If this Agreement provides for Progress Payments Costs to Complete, then notwithstanding clause 4.3(a) above, the amount of any drawing will be determined by us in our absolute discretion given the value of the land on which the building(s) are being constructed and the cost to complete such building(s) pursuant to a Registered Valuer’s Certificate once our security is in place.


More Definitions of Costs to Complete

Costs to Complete means, when determined, the sum of (a) all of Borrowers’ consolidated revenue backlog minus unrecognized margin, plus (b) all of Borrowers’ projected operating expenses for the upcoming six-month period.

Related to Costs to Complete

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Time for Completion means the time for completing the Works as stated in the Contract Data (or as extended under Sub-Clause 7.3), calculated from the Commencement Date.

  • Time(s) for Completion means the time(s) stated in Schedule E by which the Supply or any particular Supply or part thereof must be completed, as such time(s) may be adjusted (including in relation to a particular instance of Supply), strictly in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Date for Completion means the date for Completion specified in the Contract Specifics.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(l)(c)(ii) of the MFMA for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and its annual budget, and which must indicate

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.

  • Millennium Compliant means: (a) the functions, calculations, and other computing processes of the Software (collectively, "Processes") perform as designed regardless of the date in time on which the Processes are actually performed and regardless of the date input to the Software, whether or not the dates include leap years; (b) the Software can accept, store, sort, extract, sequence, and otherwise manipulate date inputs and date values, and return and display date values, as designed and in a materially accurate manner, regardless of the dates used or format of the date input; (c) the Software will function without interruptions caused by the date in time on which the Processes are actually performed or by the date input to the Software; (d) the Software accepts and responds to four digit year date input in a manner that resolves any material ambiguities as to the century in an accurate manner; and (e) the Software displays, prints and provides electronic output of date information in ways that are unambiguous as to the determination of the century.

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.

  • Test Complete has the meaning stated in Section 3.4(c).

  • Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.

  • Tests on Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contract or agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • HIPAA Compliant means that a Loan Party to the extent legally required (i) is or will use commercially reasonable efforts to be in compliance in all material respects with each of the applicable requirements of the so-called “Administrative Simplification” provisions of HIPAA on and as of each date that any part thereof, or any final rule or regulation thereunder, becomes effective in accordance with its or their terms, as the case may be (each such date, a “HIPAA Compliance Date”) and (ii) is not and could not reasonably be expected to become, as of any date following any such HIPAA Compliance Date, the subject of any civil or criminal penalty, process, claim, action or proceeding, or any administrative or other regulatory review, survey, process or proceeding (other than routine surveys or reviews conducted by any government health plan or other accreditation entity) that could result in any of the foregoing or that has or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • Labor compliance agreement means an agreement entered into between a contractor or subcontractor and an enforcement agency to address appropriate remedial measures, compliance assistance, steps to resolve issues to increase compliance with the labor laws, or other related matters.

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Fee and Expense Application means the motion to be filed by Class Counsel, in which they will seek approval of an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, as well as an Incentive Award for the Class Representative.
