Costs Report definition

Costs Report means a report prepared by a CPA specifying the Class Life of and verifying Tenant's actual Costs for the improvements, accompanied by copies of documentation substantiating all expenditures, such as: (a) executed contracts; (b) invoices for labor, services, goods, and materials, bills of lading, and other bills or receipts marked "Paid" or similarly indicating payment in full; (c) canceled checks or other written evidence of payment; and
Costs Report. This report displays the estimated total costs associated with each work code used over the given date range. This is calculated by multiplying the work code rate by the number of hours used by the wage of the employee. The totals for all codes are displayed at the bottom of the Report.
