Court Costs and Costs of Collection: Whenever any monies due hereunder are collected by law or by attorney at law to prosecute such an action, then both parties agree that the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees, plus all court costs and costs of collection.
Costs of Collection - The undersigned parent/guardian will be responsible for all costs incurred by The University of Alabama in order to collect tuition and/or fees overdue under this Agreement including, but not limited to, fees to Collection Agencies, Court costs, and attorney's fees.
